Innovation Academy, University College Dublin, is currently offering an exciting University Certificate in Rural Entrepreneurship in conjunction with Springboard 2013.
Based in Galway, Clonmel and Mullingar this course is an excellent opportunity to achieve a UCD qualification while learning the skills and expertise required to create new entrepreneurial ventures.
This is a NFQ level 7 course. It will run for 18 weeks, 2 days per week, 9am to 5pm and is orientated towards people who have been working and who want to use their skill set to explore opening a business. It is a classroom environment with a 'learn by doing' approach to teaching that is centred around team working. It is continuous assessment based, and as such, students will have to produce team projects, as there is no end of course exam. UCD facilitators introduce students to an array of skilled entrepreneurs who will take them through their entrepreneurial path.
