The geographic area to be covered by Rural Development (LEADER) Programme for funding will be the whole County of Westmeath with the exclusion of the two Gateway towns of Athlone and Mullingar. Therefore projects located within the town boundaries of Mullingar and Athlone are not eligible for RDP (LEADER) funding.
