Some local news which may be of interest.

MEM Players present A Widow's Paradise, a comedy in 3 acts, by northern playwright Sam Cree in Milltown Community Centre, Milltown, Rathconrath, Mullingar on Thursday 22nd, Friday 23rd and Sunday 25th April 2010 at 8pm.
Tickets €10 on sale from Ann Heduan, Milltown 044 9373370, Rochforts Dominick St., Mullingar or any cast member.

And don't forgot that set-dancing workshops promoted by the Westmeath Rural Arts Initiative go ahead next Saturday, April 17th  in Milltown Hall from 11-1 and 2-5p.m.. Adm €5. And later the Frank Gavigan branch of Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann are holding a Ceili that night with the Brian Boru band from 10p.m. to 1a.m. Admission to the Ceili is €10 including tea. Further info on both events contact Eamonn at 087-2513000.
