Local Development Social Inclusion Programme The LDSIP specifically targets the following groups:   long-term unemployed socially and economically disadvantaged women  young people at risk  travellers people with disabilities  homeless people  ethnic minorities  lone parents  ex-prisoners low income households Under the National Development Plan, some €417 million will be provided for the LDSIP to support social inclusion measures managed by Pobal on behalf of the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs.
