CLÁR provides funding to Health Service Executive (HSE) on a maximum CLÁR €1: HSE €2 basis to support health projects recommended by the Health Service Executive. The new programme for 2008 - 2009 has a total budget of almost €9m. The Health Service Executive is providing almost €6m and CLÁR is providing almost €3m.
