''Cultural Leadership'

Would you like to see more arts and cultural activities in your community?

Here is a FETAC 5 course designed to support individuals, voluntary groups and communities to develop the skills to work together to encourage, organise and promote arts and cultural events and activities in their communities.

The course - delivered by award winning Social entrepreneur Conor O'Leary of the Rural Arts Network- includes planning and hosting local and touring arts events, budgeting and fundraising, tools for publicity, promotion and community radio training

Time: Tuesdays 4pm-6pm (Provisional) October-March
Fee: 100 Euro: For persons on Jobseekers benefit/allowance and/or full medical card, a SPIDAS grant (0906474080, closing date September 17th) may be available from Westmeath VEC.
