Westmeath Community Development Ltd provides a training service for unemployed people to help them find suitable work. The FAS Job Club is a practical course with FETAC Certification in which members develop skills, which they will use in actual job finding activities under the guidance and care of the Job Club staff.

The next Job Club Course commences on the 16th August 2010 in the Business Development Centre in Athlone

Course Duration: From 10 am to 1 pm Monday to Friday over four weeks, however services are available to people for as long as they need them thereafter.
