Sport_1The Opening Parade of Mullingar's "Destination Sport" will take place tomorrow at Penny's Car Park, Mullingar at 5.00 p.m. People can start arriving from 4.30 p.m. to see the opening of the week long festival of sport. 

“Destination Sport-Mullingar” is about celebrating SPORT. It’s about people being able to see and appreciate the level of sporting activity available right on their doorstep. It’s about showcasing individual sports and encouraging everyone to get involved, if they wish. It’s about people getting to see sports, some maybe for the first time and for people to get a sense of and appreciation for the levels of expertise that can be achieved.
