Athlone Chamber is co-ordinating an Athlone Energy Awareness Day on Friday 26^th March. The information day is being organised in association with a wide range of organisations and is part of the wider European Sustainable Energy Week 2010.

On Friday the 26^th March Athlone Town Centre, The Civic Offices, Athlone Library and the Prince of Wales Hotel will host a series of seminars, exhibitions and information stands.
